How many people will come to my house/farm/building?
This varies depending on the size of the job and what it entails. Many electrical jobs require more than 1 electrician to allow for efficiently pulling cables, lifting pumps, moving ovens etc.
Due to current Health and Safety regulations, some situations require 2 electricians.

Do I have to be present?
This is entirely up to you and what you are comfortable with. We are flexible and always try to accommodate a time that suits our customers. We normally like to meet and discuss the job with the client first however if this is not an option we can do this over the phone and arrange entry to the premise.

How long will it take?
This is a hard one and can be determined by so many different factors. Each job is unique, so for a more approximate time frame for your particular job it pays to ask our staff.
Electrical problems require finding a fault which isn’t always as straightforward as it sounds. Our knowledgeable team of problem solvers will get things done and back to normal as soon as possible.

Test tagging
Test tagging is a helpful way to check the electrical equipment is safe at your workplace. It is not mandatory, however you are legally required to ensure your equipment is electrically safe and maintained to a safe condition. Many businesses are choosing to add Test Tagging into their Health & Safety policies. How often Test Tagging gets completed is dependant on how the equipment gets used. For example, outdoor tools need to be tested more often than indoor tools because of the weather exposure. Let us know your test tagging schedule and we can send you reminders to avoid dates lapsing.
Please note that test tagging does not guarantee the future safety of the equipment. But it does tell you how safe it is at the time of the testing, and keeps an eye on any deterioration that occurs over time.
