Cable to Engineering Workshop Compromised
11:30am Customer contacted us
11:40am on site to assess the situation.
Issue: Digger hit mains cable while excavating the site for new concrete. Needed sorting urgently as it was their main power source and was now dangerous.
Technician: 4 x technicians to site, obtained replacement mains cable from supplier and returned to site within half an hour to replace. Had the digger dig new trench for mains and ran through to workshop to fit off at main switch. Had the power company on site to wire in new pillar box and had up and running by 5:30 pm that night.
Outcome: Up and running again with minimal disruption and delay to business. Back to full working order by the following morning. Speedy service = one very happy customer who dropped in a box of beverages to say thank you to the team.
